Customized fasteners are defined by the drawing and application rather than a catalog name alone. SPM reviews special heads, shoulders, threads, washer dimensions and other metal-part geometries against the dimensions and performance requirements you specify.
Precision starts with the drawing
Identify critical tolerances, mating features, surface finish and any inspection method that affects acceptance. Include the drawing number and revision so the quotation and order refer to the same part.

Available grade, manufacturing route and finish are agreed for the quoted part. A product photo does not identify its material composition.
International and customer specifications
We accept inquiries referencing DIN / ISO, ASME, ASTM, API, SAE and JIS requirements. Include the exact standard, edition, supplementary requirements and required documents. Referencing a standard family does not imply certification or conformity for an unspecified product.

Can I request titanium or nickel alloy fasteners?
Yes. Share the exact grade, drawing, quantity and operating conditions. Material availability and manufacturing scope are confirmed with the quotation.
Can you quote from a sample or photograph?
A photograph can help identify the product, but it does not fully define dimensions, tolerances or material. Provide a drawing or discuss how those requirements will be confirmed.
